Dr. Grimmett is looking forward to returning to active practice July 16, 2025.

He has enjoyed his sabbatical year. The focus of Dr. Grimmett’s approach
continues to be the functional assessment and treatment based Dynamic
Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) from the Motol University Hospital In Prague.

Dr. James Grimmett’s goal is to help his patients get better. This is for obvious
injuries but also for performing better in daily life and sports.

He serves as one of the few practices in the country to offer chiropractic
manipulation (adjusting), soft tissue techniques (including ART), Dynamic
Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and corrective exercise workshops.

Dr. Grimmett also offers the therapeutic Class IV and 3B Laser to his patients.

He practices at the Vancouver Racquet’s Club (4867 Ontario Street @ 33rd)
clinic located in the Riley Park – Little Mountain neighbourhood of Vancouver.
