Racquet Athlete Injury Prevention / Performance Enhancement

Prevention of Achilles tears/ruptures for the Aging Racquet Athlete.

Improved agility and performance in covering the court

  • Are you over 30 years old?
  • Do you experience tight calves and or plantar foot pain?
  • Have you noticed lost speed on the court?
  • Does it take longer to warm up before getting on the court?
  • Have you become a bit shorter and/or stooped in your posture?
  • Do you take pain killers and/or anti-inflammatory medication before play?

If you answered yes to a few of the above this interactive info session is for you. The older we get the more the above will apply. If you are over 60 most, if not all, will be present.

Nothing in the prevention and agility exercises is nearly as complex to learn as the serve in badminton or squash.

You are guaranteed to walk away with some easy new tools to enhance your game and decrease the risk of common court injuries.

Please wear loose clothing and bring a towel or mat.You are welcome to take video should you wish.
